DAB ESYBOX MAX 60/120 T for Three-Phase Pump Rooms

The ESYBOX MAX 60/120 T is DAB's commercial constant pressure pump for sites with three-phase power. A vertical multistage pump, inverter, pressure sensors and expansion vessel share one housing. This model runs on 380-480V three phase and drives a 3.5 HP motor drawing about 4.4 A. Three impellers deliver up to 76 GPM and a maximum head of roughly 226 ft. The set point adjusts from 15 to 174 psi, and it leaves the factory at 45 psi. Inlet pressure must stay at or below 72 psi. Connections are 1-1/4 in on the suction side and 2 in on discharge. The motor is rated IPX5 with Class F insulation. Water up to 104°F is fine, in rooms as warm as 113°F. The unit weighs about 63.9 lb and lists UL 778, CSA C22.2 Number 108, NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372.

Sizing a Three-Phase Booster Pump for a Commercial Grow

A check valve and expansion vessel live inside each pump, so most layouts need no separate pressure tank. Feed it clean water, and fit a regulator if supply pressure runs high.
