CenturionPro HPTT Roller Bucker Sized for the Bench
Two neoprene rubber rollers do the work on this machine. A stem goes into one of two feed holes, 1/4 in or 3/8 in, and the rollers draw it through while the buds pop free. Pull speed runs 10 to 30 in per second with more than 300 lbs of pull strength. Wet stems move through at up to 75 lbs per hour, and dry branches at up to 15 lbs per hour. A 0.33 HP drive motor rated IP54 turns at 1,690 RPM and draws under 3 A at 120V. The body is 304 stainless steel and aluminum, measuring 18 x 15 x 17 in and weighing 50 lbs. Stainless carry handles make it easy to move between the drying room and the bench. It is rated for continuous duty on a standard 15 A circuit. The machine is GMP, UL, CE and RoHS compliant.
Using a Tabletop Bucker Ahead of the Trimmer
Most home harvests stall at the bucking stage, when every branch has to be snipped down by hand. This machine turns that job into a feeding rhythm. Keep stems moving into the rollers and the flower drops into a bin below, ready for trimming. Variable speed slows the rollers for brittle dry branches and speeds them up for fresh wet stalks. Very dense or oversized top colas may need breaking down first, since the larger feed hole tops out at that stem size. There is no reverse function. Feed straight stems and clear any jam with the power off. An optional stand raises it so bucked flower falls straight into a tabletop trimmer below. After each session, spray the rollers with isopropyl alcohol and wipe them with a soft cloth. A full teardown and clean takes about ten to fifteen minutes. The parts kit carries spare roller assemblies and a front cut plate for wear. It is not GFCI compatible, so use a standard grounded outlet.
Key Features
- Roller Bucking: Two neoprene rollers pull stems through and pop the buds off without stopping to reload.
- Wet and Dry Feed: Rated up to 75 lbs per hour wet and 15 lbs per hour dry for fresh or hang-dried branches.
- Two Feed Entries: Holes sized 1/4 and 3/8 in suit the lateral branches typical of home and small-room harvests.
- Variable Speed Control: Roller speed adjusts per strain, which helps keep brittle dry buds from breaking apart.
- Portable Benchtop Size: At 50 lbs with stainless carry handles, it moves easily between rooms and onto a work table.
- Optional Stand: A matching stand lifts it above a tabletop trimmer so bucked flower drops straight into the hopper.
