AC Infinity 4x4 Grow Tent Kit, Advance AI System | 430W LM301H LED

AC Infinity 4x4 Grow Tent Kit With a 430W Samsung Board

Four plants under one light is where heat management starts to matter, and this kit is built around that load. The IONBOARD S44 draws 430W through 1,024 Samsung LM301H diodes, rated at 2.75 µmol/J. At the center of the canopy it reaches 1,937 PPFD, with 3000K and 5000K white plus 660 nm red and 730 nm far red. The board measures 23.62 inches square and pulls 3.60 A at 120V, so give it a circuit without a space heater on it. The CLOUDLAB 844 tent stands 48 x 48 x 80 inches on 22 mm steel poles rated for 150 lb. Duct openings come in 6- and 8-inch sizes, and rear and side intake vents let fresh air in without a second fan. Exhaust is a 6-inch CLOUDLINE fan moving 352 CFM at 34 dBA, pulling through a carbon filter rated for 410 CFM. Two CLOUDRAY S6 clip fans handle the canopy, each pushing 325 CFM with automatic oscillation. The CONTROLLER AI+ ties the light and all three fans to one schedule and reads a 12 ft temperature and humidity probe. That tent height matters too. Eighty inches leaves room for a tall photoperiod plant plus the light, the filter and the hanging gear above it.

A 4 Plant Grow Tent Kit That Manages Its Own Heat

One plant per quadrant is the natural layout, each in its own 5-gallon fabric pot. Eight pots ship in the box, so a second set is ready when the first round comes out. Clip one fan high on a front pole and one low on a rear pole, and the air crosses the whole canopy. Hang the board from the center bars and start it high and dimmed while the plants root in. Growers usually settle it in the 12 to 18 inch band from the PPFD maps once the canopy closes. With this much light in the tent, the exhaust carries most of the cooling. In AI mode, the controller learns how fast heat climbs after lights-on and ramps the inline fan ahead of it. Programs live on the controller, so the cycle keeps running when Wi-Fi drops. AC Infinity sells this kit as the 4x4 size of its Advance Grow Tent System. The real limit is room temperature. In a hot garage or attic, one 6-inch exhaust can run out of headroom at full light output. Dimming the board or adding room cooling then becomes part of the plan.
